The mascot of Tourism Bureau Taiwan is OhBear, taking its adorable image as focus and adding interactivity, this dining car shows energy and colorful characteristics as Taiwan image.It's impressive design attracts touristers successfully, and become a great promotion instrument of Taiwan tourism.

本次交通部觀光局與百年歷史的郭元益攜手獨家打造屬於台灣的代表性吉祥物餐車，餐車造形以「台灣喔熊」為主，將超萌角色與郭元益的企業理念結合，將餐車塑造新形象。餐車造形以台灣喔熊實體公仔飛越於餐車上增加互動性，餐車主體以郭元益企業色彩與台灣喔熊圖案巧妙結合，以活潑鮮明的造形特色吸引觀光客，讓餐車成為最佳的移動式推廣銷售平台。
