『德廣堂』的歷史可以溯及1936年左右,自祖父在台灣嘉義創辦信義商號開始,至今已有超過70多年的歷史。至今已傳承三代,不單單只是傳統的豬肉舖商,也是象徵豬肉製品的頂級專家。『德廣堂』同時不斷傳承製作技法與研發創新口味,同時嚴選台灣在地好食材,帶入口味之中,增加口感。保證100%台灣製造,透過純手作的溫暖與用心,注入至香腸。

因此透過品牌的新視覺包裝,將七種口味系列分別詮釋『德廣堂』的好滋味,展現真材食料與真功夫的經營理念與精神,圖騰設定以東方的功夫豬為主角,透過書法的筆觸帶出力與美,在伸展每一個肢體語言的同時,也帶出品牌的『肉質健康與新鮮美味』的原汁原味。

『德廣堂』堅持三大特點:鮮嫩多汁/天然腸衣/手工製作 永遠堅持肉品來源為求最新鮮,採120KG以上與溫體猪肉手工製作香腸,採用手工切肉不採用碎肉機,以保持近百年的傳統口感,真實呈現飽滿肉質的原產風味,汁香味美口感十足,也是『德廣堂』傳承近七十多年的好味道。

The history of De Guang Tang Food Co. can be traced back to 1936, the grandfather established Sin Yi store in Chiayi, and it was passed down at least 70 years. De Guang Tang is not simply a traditional pork store, but is a pork products specialist. Not only inherits skills, De Guang Tang keeps research and develops new flavor, strictly selecting Taiwan fine materials, insisting to bring consumers good taste. 100% made in Taiwan, De Guang Tang expresses pure mind to make good sausage by presenting handmade products.

We created new packages design to present 7 different flavors, the new picture of Kung Fu Pig expresses company spirit, using really good materials and skills to make products. On the other hand, the Chinese calligraphy style presents the beauty of power, delivering that the company insists on bringing original taste of healthy and fresh pork to consumers.

There are three special points that De Guang Tang insists – fresh & juicy, natural sausage casings and 100% handmade. De Guang Tang always uses freshest pork taking from pigs are over 120kg, and insists on hand-chopping the meat, to keep traditional taste that has passed for almost one hundred years. What De Guang Tang insists for over 70 years is to present consumers the original, rich taste and juicy but plump mouthfeel of finest sausage.
